Terms & Conditions.

The terms that apply when you book cleaning services with us.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed by email or phone. By confirming, you agree to these terms. Quoted prices are guide prices unless otherwise stated in writing; the final price may vary based on the size, condition and access of the property.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling require [X] hours' notice (confirm with client). Late cancellations may incur a charge of [Y] (confirm with client) to cover staff time already committed.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Recurring contract clients may be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis. Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, cash.

Insurance

Pristine Aura Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance covering our work on customer premises. Proof of cover is available on request.

Damage and breakages

Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate promptly and, where the damage was caused by our team, repair, replace or compensate as appropriate.

Service guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to inform us of any hazards, fragile items or specific instructions in advance.
